Mosel-Traumpfade

A demanding climb, from Eller to shortly before Bremm a steady up and down with demanding passages, then a steep ascent to the summit. Reward with wonderful views of the Moselle dream loop. Relaxation on the Calmont-Höhenweg, finally a steep descent to the starting point.

Nice and mostly gentle ascent through the vineyards to Rabenlay. Via the Mosel-Höhenweg, then down into the Schrumpftal and back out onto the Höhenweg, finally back along the Moselsteig to the starting point. Here and there small, demanding passages. Nice views at the beginning and end of the tour.

Today in view of the changeable weather (heavy rain, sunshine, thunderstorms) only a small but worthwhile themed walk in the Zell vineyards.

The Geierlay suspension bridge is of course a "must". Currently only accessible in one direction from Mörsdorf. From there you can go on very nice hikes short and long distances.

A great, varied tour: vineyards, forest, a rocky ridge, an inhabited castle, a steep descent, a walk on the Moselle, an observation tower with one of the most beautiful Moselle loop views and a few impressions of the "Kanonenbahn" - it goes up and down and don't get bored!

After a long and initially steep ascent, this "dream path" develops into a leisurely high-altitude path that leads to Thurant Castle, which is well worth seeing. Here it goes steeply down to St. Michael and again steeply up into the vineyards, then back down to Oberfell.
